Introduction
Kamicopi is easy to handle, yet a very versatile, digital scrapbook application software. You can Clip’n Save in your computer using simple mouse operations, just like conventional scrapbook. It’s compatible with Text/HTML/MHT format, and displays HTML and MHT pages exactly the same as browsers. (Some pages may be displayed differently depending on page conditions.)
Kamicopi can import entire web pages or clippings from pages. Once files are imported to Kamicopi, you can display them in Kamicopi even after the original files are modified or removed from web server.
Kamicopi is easy to use, yet surprisingly versatile. It’s loaded with useful features and functions, for instance, text file editor with auto save and auto file naming feature, “word processor like” easy HTML editor (WYSIWYG), MS Office and PDF viewer, Flash file viewer, compatibility with other applications.

Powerful import function
Web pages, displayed by Internet Explorer or Firefox, can easily be imported by simple mouse drag-and-drop action. Kamicopi is not limited to importing web pages and images. It is capable of importing mail application, Outlook Express, MS Word, Excel, and even Flash files - you can enjoy imported Flash file animation anytime.
Auto save functions with auto file name feature
Kamicopi automatically uses the first sentence you typed in as a filename. This eliminates the burden of typing in each file. You just type in contents without even thinking of a file name or title.
As you modify the contents, Kamicopi automatically overwrites and saves the changes. This will free your mind from saving overwritten contents manually, and let you concentrate on editing or writing. While overwriting, Kamicopi also backs up original contents for safety and convenience. You can go back to original contents whenever you need.
Importance Level function
Kamicopi has a feature of adding “Importance Level” to each file. Once one of seven (7) levels is added to a file, the file is allocated unique color and letter size when they are displayed in a file list. You can recognize “Importance Level” of the files at a glance without opening them to check contents.
You can also display a list of each importance level files separately, like tag narrowing feature of social bookmarking service.
MS Office/PDF/Flash File Viewer
Kamicopi is featured with MS office, PDF, Flash (SWF), JPEG, GIF, PNG file viewer. You can view these files in Kamicopi without opening each application. Not only viewing, you can also do limited editing of Word and Excel files in Kamicopi.
“Word Processor” like HTML Editor
Kamicopi also comes with easy to use WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor. No HTML knowledge is required with this feature - just edit like a word processor. If you are an advanced user, Kamicopi also offers a choice of HTML source files for editing.
